- Possession Certificate (if Available)
- Latest Tax Paid Receipt
- Latest Khatha Certificate
- Latest Katha Extract
- Encumbrance certificate for 13 years
- Betterment Fee paid Receipt
- ID Proof - Aadhar
- Address Proof (Ration Card etc)
- Previous Sanction Plan for Upper Floors (if applicable)
How To Apply
Applicant have to submit an application on BBMP’s web portal through licenced Architect/Engineer. They will upload the documents, estimation and drawings of the building and then proceed to pay through online. Once the documents and drawings should uploaded, BBMP will scrutinize and confirm the documents.
If you submit proper documents and paid prescribed fee, the process will be completed within 30 days. You should print acknowledgement from the web portal.
